Lifeline Ride Services is a private pay and self-pay service only. We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance at this time. Payment is made directly by the client or their family. We keep our rates fair and transparent so quality transportation stays accessible.
We serve Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Call us and we'll let you know right away.
We recommend booking at least 24—48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For recurring trips like dialysis, we encourage scheduling on an ongoing basis so your slot is always reserved. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but availability cannot always be guaranteed for same-day bookings.
At this time, Lifeline Ride Services serves ambulatory clients only — passengers who can walk independently to and from the vehicle, with or without assistive devices such as a cane or walker. We do not currently offer wheelchair transportation. If you require wheelchair-accessible transport, we recommend contacting other specialized providers in the Louisville area.
