Core Louisville
We cover all Louisville ZIP codes, serving clients across downtown, the East End, the South End, the West End, and everything in between. If you have a Louisville address, we almost certainly serve you.
Louisville Suburbs
Communities like Shively, St. Matthews, Jeffersontown, Okolona, and Valley Station are well within our regular service zone. We run these routes daily for clients attending clinics and hospitals throughout the metro area.
Outlying Communities
We extend service to La Grange, Shelbyville, Anchorage, Prospect, and Middletown. If you're located in one of these areas and need to travel to Louisville-area medical facilities, call us to confirm coverage.

Lifeline Ride Services provides curb-to-curb transportation. This means we arrive at the curb or entrance of your location and drop you off at the curb or entrance of your destination. Passengers must be able to walk independently from their door to the vehicle.
We arrive at your home, apartment, assisted living facility, or senior community on time — and take you directly to your destination. Then we bring you right back.
